About Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP)


The Central Executive meet of WOSY will take place on the 14th and 15th of August in Varanasi. 100 dignitaries from 30 countries will take part in this meet..The meet is intended to assimilate a cross section of  opinions on issues that concern the world and the subcontinent and need attention. Dignitaries from 30 countries will put forth their views on issues like economy, Terrorism, trade and other relevant issues. We hope to take a step forward towards tackling problems that require cohesive action.

We will launch our annual membership drive on the 1st of August. Our volunteers will visit colleges across the Nation, to educate students about the contribution of ABVP to the nation. Students will also understand our vision for India. We request the students to participate in and Join us and help us in our effort to rebuild the nation.

The Central working Committee (CWC) of ABVP, Which is the highest decision making body is scheduled to meet on 28th and 29th of this month in Ahmedabad. Where disucssion will be held on various issues concerning Higher Education.

Call for Nationwide Protest Against UPSC on 14 July 2014 for making English compulsory. Making English Compulsory will effect the students particularly from rural area who are willing to take exam in Indian languages.
