Ambedkar Jayanti - the birth anniversary of the father of our Constitution, Babasaheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, was celebrated by karyakartas of ABVP across the nation with great joy highlighting the role of Babasaheb in formation of the Indian Constitution and vision that Babasaheb envisioned for independent India.
A variety of programmes were organised, while our karyakarts in Paschimbanga celebrated Ambedkar Jayanti by organising a marathon run in presence of Shri Shriniwas, Nation Jt. Organising Secretary, ABVP; While our karyakartas in the SVBP University, Himachal Pradesh celebrated the occasion by conducting a cleanliness camp at the historic Paddal ground in presence of Dr. Alok Paney, All India Research Students Work Incharge, ABVP.
The fervor of celebrations was the same in South with ABVP Karnataka celebrated Ambedkar Jayanti by organising a free medical camp for the needy while Vidarbha ABVP organised a blood donation camp at various places including Nagpur and Yavatmal to pay homage to Babasaheb Ambedkar along with several other programs across the nation.
