We stand for Justice

With the crimes against women on the rise, in the state of Karnataka, nation's premier student organization, true to its principles, has taken the fight to an inept and arrogant state government. Children, Girls, Women, no one is safe, but criminals and serial offenders are being let off the hook by this government lost in slumber.

We took up the cause, organized protests and will continue to do so until this head-strong  government comes to it's knees and begs forgiveness for not being able to protect women and assures to pass strong laws and bring the criminals to book.

on 18th of July about 28,817 students across 61 places took part in the protests asking questions of a government which has turned it's back on people. on 22nd July protests intensified as the government refused to open it's eyes to reality; About 1,40,000 students took part in protests across 85 places demanding an answer from the Home Minister.

With the government refusing to budge, about 3000 students gathered at Freedom park, Bangalore and marched towards the CM's residence.

Not just in this dark phase for the state, we have been first to stand against any injustice and will continue to do so.
